Dunham-Bush has been manufacturing HVAC equipment for 124 years. Dunham-Bush manufactures a full line of products, including DOAS, ERU, packaged RTU up to 130 tons, and floor-by-floor water-cooled units up to 120 tons. Airside products include variable aspect ratio modular AHU up to 56,000 CFM, with optional fan arrays, heat wheels, and plate heat exchangers. Chillers include: air-cooled scroll chillers (10 to 183 tons), rotary screw air-cooled chillers (95 to 548 tons), rotary screw water-cooled chillers (60 to 1000 tons), centrifugal chillers (300 to 4000 tons), and magnetic bearing centrifugal chillers (90 to 600 tons).

The Dunham-Bush North America factory is located in Homestead, Florida.
