PACKAGED PENTHOUSE WATER COOLED CHILLER FOR OUTDOOR LOCATION

OUTDOOR WATER COOLED CHILLERS

The retrofit of the existing building did not provide sufficient mechanical room space for the installation of conventional indoor water cooled chillers.
Technical Systems solved the problem by designing and fabricating self-contained chiller penthouses for outdoor location.  Each modular penthouse encloses the chiller, compressors, condenser, evaporator, and control panel in a walk-in enclosure.  The enclosure provides a safe and dry environment for maintainance personnel as well as housing the chiller.  Each 150 ton chiller features dual independently circuited rotary screw compressors.
