    AVAILABILITY
    • Quickship heating and cooling coils are available from Technical Systems, Inc.  Coils are available for AHU replacement, duct mounting, and in stand alone coil modules complete with insulated casing and drain pan.  Water, DX, condenser, and steam available.

    AIR HANDLING UNITS

    Hill Company utilizes Aaon, CDI, Haakon Industries, and M & I to manufacture custom air handling units.

    INDOOR AND ROOFTOP
    We specialize in projects where units must be knocked down or demounted for building entry or rigging weight limitations.  Units can be furnished with custom arrangements and custom discharge and return openings to maximize existing mechanical room space.  Units can be demounted (sectionalized) into modules for hoisting in existing elevators.  Unit dimensions can be customized to match existing unit(s).

    ROOFTOP
    Unit dimensions can be customized to fit existing curbs without the need for curb adapters.

    ROTARY HEAT WHEEL AND DESICCANT WHEEL REPLACEMENTS


    A full line of rotors and cassettes from Seibu Giken are available for replacing energy heat wheels, sensible heat wheels, and desiccant wheels.  Seibu Giken, established in 1965, uses flat and corrugated sheets of aluminum substrate to prevent nesting and collapsing flutes.  The face of each wheel is ground and polished to provide a smooth surface for long seal life.
    Industrial desiccant rotors utilize ceramic fiber substrate and other materials as well as traditional molecular sieves.
    The Hi-Panex total energy wheels feature ion exchange reisins to provide mold and mildew proof antibacterial design and reduce air pollutants and odor carryover.

    Seibu Giken products are available to replace Semco, Carnes, Wing, Governair, and Berner Equipment
