Startup Services

EQUIPMENT STARTUP

Hill Company provides factory trained startup services for all equipment furnished to be provided during normal working hours.  Startup services require the installer to complete the manufacturers’ pre-startup checklist prior to requesting startup.  Startup requests require a two working week prior notice for scheduling.  The completed pre-startup checklist must be received five working days before the actual date of scheduled startup.  Additional charges may apply if the equipment is not ready for startup and a return trip is required.  Startup time allocations are based on a complete-duty startup including cooling, dehumidification, and heating.

Split-duty startups are available for addtional costs to cover mobilization, travel, lodging and/or other costs
